When Bob’s Big Boy wanted to create a Snap Lens we jumped at the chance to create something for the iconic burger brand. We designed several mockups that leveraged the restaurant chain’s branding that included burgers and red checkerboards but we eventually landed in the only place we could – with a lens that lets you Big Boy yourself!
With blinking eyes, a subtle plastic-like shine to the user’s skin, and custom rendered 3D hair to match the iconic coif of the Big Boy mascot we launched the lens full blast as a “Community Lens” so that wherever the scan code is used, the lens could be accessed!
